If you are feeling like company there is a large open-plan residents lounge with log burner for those winter nights, a wide screen TV, DVD and stereo. For those warm days they also have a secluded deck with a barbecue where you can sit and unwind ... and for those chilly evenings they have an outside fireplace which makes sure you get the most out of those summer nights!. It has 3 Double en suite rooms finished to the highest standard and includes coffee and tea making facilities, TV and DVD player where you can take advantage of complimentary films. All bedrooms are non-smoking, but Smoking is permitted on decking area. They also have a Sauna for which there is a small extra charge. They can also arrange to collect guests from St Austell station and take them to the Eden Project by prior arrangement.
