The thriving village of Minsterley lies in the beautiful Shropshire Hills, just 10 miles from the medieval town of Shrewsbury. Minsterley boasts a pub, one of the oldest buildings in the village, a shop and Post Office and an excellent fish and chip shop! The village of Pontesbury is just one mile away and offers further amenities, including takeaways and restaurants, plus Arscott Golf Club, Springlea Fishing Pools and the Pontesbury cycle/footpath. Close by is The Long Mynd, which is a haven for walkers and wildlife watchers and provides a convenient place to relax and take in the wonderful scenery on offer. One of England's finest heritage towns with over 600 listed buildings, Shrewsbury nestles on a loop of the River Severn.
