Adjoining the owners' home and enjoying pretty country views it is ideally placed for exploring rocky moorland tors and ancient stone circles inland and the picturesque south coast fishing ports of Looe and Polperro (about 15 miles). The city of Plymouth with its Barbican docks and aquarium area shops theatres and restaurants the National Trust Properties of Lanhydrock and Cotehele and the Eden Project are all an easy drive. Pub and shop 1½ miles.
