    Pendragon Cottage is made from solid stone and has been converted from a 160 year old listed barn conversation on a non-working farm overlooking Bodmin Moor and the many moorland churches and also St. Breock Hills. It is unbelievably quiet for touring all the North Cornish Coast. It has been converted to a high standard and has every comfort including a luxury bed, which will be made up for the tenants arrival. and peaceful and is an ideal base. The beaches of Polzeath 2 miles(surfing and safebathing) Daymer Bay, and Rock are within 1 mile and PortQuin and Port Isaac within 5 miles. It is an area with an abundance of high quality eateries all adding to a wonderful surfing, beach, walking, golfing or just sitting and looking at the panoramic view holiday. Eden Project half hours drive and Padstow 1 hours walk or half hours drive away (Rick Steins Restaurant and Bistro). The famous Camel Cycle Trail 7 miles. Close to Rosearrow Golf and Country Club with swimming pool, sauna and beauty treatments. <b>The storage heating is by meter reading and deducted from damage deposit.</b> <B>WE ARE SORRY WE CANNOT ACCEPT UNDER 25 YEAR OLDS UNLESS WITH THEIR PARENTS OR OTHER FAMILY MEMBER OVER 25.     This 1 bed cottage offers 1 double bedroom and downstairs in the lounge, 2 x 3 foot single sprung mattresses with futon bases, which can be used as singles or put together to make a double in the lounge. Or, one mattress can be taken upstairs for a child to use if he/she sleeps with parents. Open-plan, fitted kitchen, lounge/dinette, bathroom with large shower cabinet.(No bath)

    Lowest prices up to £140/week are based on 2 people sharing. There will be an additional £40 per person per break/week.
