However if a winter break is more of what you are looking for, the log burner in the sitting area is perfect for curling up in front of adding a real ambience. To enter the property there are steps up to the front door. These are in two flights. The first flight is seven steps to a small flat area and then a further six steps. To the right of the stone steps (with hand rail) is an area of lawn with shrubs. The house is on one level. Step inside the property and guests will find a the spacious living/dining room that is modern and bright including all of the home comforts. Straight ahead is the kitchen with door to the dining area and rear garden. The dining area is very well appointed and offers a homely and welcoming ambience. To the right is first, the shower room, then a separate WC. There are two comfy and well presented bedrooms within Keelyn, both offering a choice of twin beds or super king sized beds. Due to its central location, Keelyn will appeal to those who like to be within a close walking distance from Crantock village's facilities, as well as being just a short drive from all of Cornwall's sporting, leisure and other attractions.
